How to live life on your own terms
My mission is to empower more people to live life on their own terms.
There is such a freeing, satisfying, thrilling, and that 'sigh of relief' feeling that comes with finally living life on your own terms.
This is one of the most exciting things I see with my clients - that shift from thinking:
"well, this is what society/my family/my friends think I should do with my life"
to
"what I really want to do is X, and I've been too scared to even say it out loud."
Whether your dream is to switch industries, go back to school, start your own business, host a podcast, write a book, or become fluent in a new language - I've got you (this is a real life list of projects from clients BTW).
Coaching can help you get those judgements, fears, and "should do's" out of your way in service of the life you really want to live.
Then, together, we build a plan to get you there and keep you accountable along the way.
But, what if you don't know what you're even passionate about anymore?
Trust me, I get it, and I've been there. Something that allowed me to unlock my passions is thinking back to all the things I used to do as a kid just for fun.
When we grow up, we all tend to drop our passions because we become "too busy" and "don't deserve" the time to play unless we've scheduled vacation time.
I'm here to tell you that's all bullshit.
When you dedicate time for play, and doing things just for fun, you raise your own energy level and can do everything else you "need" to do in less time.
With more fun and play in your life you also start to reprioritize your to do lists and activities and make time for what really matters.
Some of my childhood passions that have come back to me in the past two years are making birthday cards by hand for friends and family, reading, learning Spanish, and playing piano.
Each of these things are now staple part of my well-being and my schedule and bring me (and everyone around me) so much joy.
What are some of your childhood passions you want to bring back?
