Leadership Development Coaching

For high-potential emerging leaders and frontline managers who need to build up their leadership skills such as delegation, communication, and accountability.

See Executive Coaching for Directors through Executives.

Your leader may need Leadership Development Coaching if they:

  • Are micro-managing or are too involved with the day-to-day and need to learn to delegate to other people.

  • Are always behind, rushing, or reactive instead of being strategic and proactive.

  • Are overwhelmed by everything on their plate and need help prioritizing or seeing the bigger picture.

  • Aren't showing up confidently or speaking up enough in meetings.

  • Struggle with providing effective feedback or having difficult conversations.

  • Need to be able to hold others accountable and improve team performance.

  • Have some blind spots in their leadership skills or presence that would be best addressed with a neutral third party.

After partnering together, clients share that they now:

  • Feel more confident in themselves as a leader.

  • Are being noticed for their new leadership presence, confidence, and improved communication.

  • Dedicate time to think and plan strategically instead of being so stuck in the weeds of the day-to-day work.

  • Effectively lead and coach others to improve the team's performance results.

  • Manage their schedule and priorities efficiently to reduce burn out and overwhelm.

  • Proactively manage their team's workload, set clear expectations, and can hold them accountable.

What clients are saying

“As a recently promoted new manager I was starting to feel overwhelmed with trying to keep up with the fast-paced nature of my job. I needed to gain confidence, clarity and focus so I could start thinking, acting and leading like a manager. Enter Brittany.

She’s helped me figure out how to determine priorities vs. things that can wait, how to delegate tasks to others to give me time back; how to keep focus on one project at a time instead of jumping around whenever something comes up, setting up an email organization strategy that has greatly cut down on my daily ‘you need to answer it all…now’ email anxiety.

I would not be near where I am now in mindset if I hadn’t hired her.
