How it Works

1. Discovery call
We talk through your team's current challenges, goals, and what success looks like. Together, we can brainstorm potential services and timelines - only if we’re a good fit.
2. Customized proposal
Based on your goals, I recommend a program that’s scoped to your specific team, timeline, and budget. We will review it together to get your feedback and make any final adjustments needed.
3. Onboarding & planning calls
Brittany will meet again with the sponsor and/or participants to set clear expectations of the partnership and to request further details about the participants in order to customize the services.
4. Ongoing progress & check-ins
Brittany will provide multiple opportunities for two-way feedback in order to ensure progress, growth, and ROI are visible.

Brittany is a highly-rated leadership coach and trainer who has spent over a decade working with executives and business owners. She's found that most organizational goals fall short because of gaps in accountability, communication, and trust - not effort.
Her background in marketing and business strategy in corporate America give her a unique edge in helping clients connect big-picture goals to their day-to-day work. Her coaching expertise blends accountability and adaptability to bring goals to life in a sustainable, realistic way, without the burnout.
Brittany has been coaching since 2019 and has presented at over 100 events. She is a graduate of a 12-month ICF-accredited leadership coach training program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Cornell University.
