See Leadership Development Coaching for emerging leaders and frontline managers.
Your leader may need executive coaching if they:
Have some blind spots or gaps in their leadership skills or presence that would be best addressed with a neutral third party.
Aren't planning strategically enough about the bigger picture of the organization, department, or teams.
Aren't making decisions confidently or swiftly.
Need to improve their executive presence.
Aren't holding others accountable or need to improve team performance.
Struggle with difficult conversations or any sort of conflict.
Are navigating change, uncertainty, or difficult situations at work.
Each of these areas can be addressed with executive coaching.
Executive Coaching clients share that after partnering together they are now:
Thinking and planning more strategically, allowing themselves and their teams to be more proactive instead of reactive.
Finding it easier to hold others accountable and have difficult conversations.
Leading and coaching their team more efficiently with improved performance results.
Seeing more collaboration across their team and other departments.
More confidently able to navigate change and difficult situations.
